From
time to time, I watch the TV show “Undercover Boss”. I just finished watching another episode; four back to back, and let’s just say, I’ve
shed enough tears for one day. The show is about unsuspecting employees interacting with the head of the company they
work for.
The show got me to thinking – starting with the title, “Undercover Boss”. It made me think about people in general and
how we go about our daily work routine, unsuspecting if we’re having an
undercover encounter with an Angel.
How
are you treating your co-workers, neighbors, the person taking your order and
messing it up? Are you showing patience
or are you standing there at a boiling point, ready to explode?
The
Word speaks of Angels here on earth and since we’re not equipped to see them in
the Spirit, we should always exercise love, patience, respect and a sense of –
treat others as you’d like to be treated.
The
one time you lose it and yell or curse someone could be the very one time
encounter you have with God’s angelic being. Don’t
stand before Him and watch your bad behavior rewind with no chance for a
redo. It’ll be too late then. Take advantage of the “control” God allows
you to have and treat others like you’re dealing with an undercover angel.
Respect, kindness and even a helping hand can
go a long way. God will bless your
actions, whether it's toward His Angels or toward another person. If you practice love and respect, something
our world now lacks, you’ll get it right when you entertain your “Undercover
Angel”.
Make
this change today! Tomorrow’s not
promised.
Peace and blessings,
Cindy
