Letrise is the creator and founder of Sistah’s Place Entertainment Blog Showcase at www.sistahsplace.com. Sistah’s Place was launched in July 2014 to be the source for film, television, theater, and publishing that focus on the talented minority men and women following their dreams and inspiring others to step out on faith and believe in their dreams. Letrise realized the need to serve as a platform for indie talent in film, television, theater, and publishing.
Over the last year, Sistah’s Place has broadened the showcase to feature entrepreneurs, indie music artist, and guest writers. Sistah’s Place allows indie and national artists to showcase their gifts, talents, and projects to give them exposure to new audiences across multiple platforms and countries. Sistah’s Place recently won the 2017 Black Excellence Award presented by Black Pearls Magazine.
Recently, Sistah’s Place launched Sistah’s Place Spotlight Feature which publishes monthly to promote author’s novels across multiple social platforms, media influencers, and subscriber lists. The purpose of this monthly feature is to create exposure about the author and their novel that will lead to potential new customers and reach bigger audiences with top influencers via Twitter, Facebook, and other social channels.
